The Board of Directors of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” announces that in the Council meeting on December 28^th, 2020 was elected a new Member of the Board of Directors.

Deniss Parfens has graduated from the University of Latvia. Between 2000 and 2016 Deniss Parfens has worked in several credit institutions in the Security Service departments, as well as holding positions of a member of board in SIA “Challange Auto”, SIA Viking Motors” and SIA “Brocēnu keramika”. Since 2019 Deniss Parfens works for SIA „Eiroholdings”. Deniss Parfens is not a shareholder of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava”.
