AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” (Company) informs that the preparation of the financial report of year 2020 has been delayed, because the Company has not yet fully settled its commitments towards its auditor SIA „Sandra Dzerele un Partneris” for the audit of the financial report of 2019, where it is scheduled to pay the outstanding payments till June 30^th, 2021. The audit of the financial report of 2020 will be commenced after the commitments have been settled.

The Company hereby declares that the expected publication date of the financial report of 2020 will not be before September 30^th, 2021, but for the purposes of providing financial information to investors, the Company till June 30^th, 2021 intends to publish an unaudited financial report of 2020 and financial information for three report months of 2021.
