AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” (Company) informs that the preparation of the financial report of year 2020 has been delayed, because the Company has not yet fully settled its commitments towards its auditor SIA „Sandra Dzerele un Partneris” (Auditor) for the audit of the financial report of 2019, where it is scheduled to pay the outstanding payments in May 2021. The Auditor has confirmed that the agreement on the audit of the financial report of 2020 will be signed after the commitments have been settled.

The Company hereby declares that cooperation with the Auditor will be continued and the expected publication date of the financial report of 2020 is July 30^th, 2021, before publishing an unaudited financial report of 2020.
