During March 1 – 12 period AS Storent Investments bond holders could apply for exchange of Existing bonds (ISIN LV0000802304) for New bonds (ISIN LV0000802411). Orders in total amount of EUR 1 424 200 were submitted for the exchange. On March 16, a number of Existing bonds specified in the orders will be deleted and the same number of New bonds will be transferred to the investors’ accounts. Difference in accrued interest and 2% fee will be paid on March 23. No further action by bond holders is required.
