AS "Rīgas elektromašīnbūves rūpnīca" (RER) informs that that it received a notice from the shareholder MEASURESTEP ENTERPRISES LIMITED about the loss of substantial shareholding. According to the notice, the shareholder MEASURESTEP ENTERPRISES LIMITED:

• has disposed its shares (34.45% of RER voting share capital) to ООО «ХОЛДИНГ ТРАНСПОРТНЫЕ КОМПОНЕНТЫ» [HOLDING TRANSPORT COMPONENTS], Moscow, Russia;
• has disposed 80% of shares of АО «Крона Груп» [Crona Group] (46% of RER voting share capital) to ООО «ХОЛДИНГ ТРАНСПОРТНЫЕ КОМПОНЕНТЫ» [HOLDING TRANSPORT COMPONENTS], Moscow, Russia.

Consequently, direct or indirect shareholding of MEASURESTEP ENTERPRISES LIMITED in RER voting share capital has ended.
