During the JSC Moda kapitals Shareholders meeting  on 15 October 2020, the following candidates were elected as the JSC Moda kapitals Council members for the next 5(five) years:

Inese Kanneniece, Andris Blaka, Andris Banders, Guntars Zvīnis un Ilvars Sirmais.

In the JSC Moda kapitals Council meeting on 15 October, 2020, Andris Blaka was elected at the Chairman of the Council and Andris Banders was elected as the Deputy Chairman of JSC Moda kapitals.

During the last 3 years Andris Blaka was member of the Board of the Baltic Communication'a Agency holding company "Age com".

Guntars Zvinis resigns as JSC Moda kapitals Member of The Board and will continue work as the Executive Director of Company and as member of JSC Moda kapitals Council.

During the recent years Guntars Zvinis and Ilvars Sirmais obtained work experience as Board members of the JSC "Moda kapitals".

Edgars Bilinskis, Member of The Board, will continue his work in the Board.
