The Board of Directors of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” (Company) announces that the Member of the Board of Directors Ainārs Tropiņš terminated his activities with the Board of Directors of the Company at his own will.

A new Members of the Board of Directors of the Company will be elected in accordance with the requirements of normative acts and the articles of association of the Company.
