Pillar Capital, AS has attracted financing in the amount of EUR 14 million for construction of A-class warehouse and logistics park in Riga at 462 Maskavas Street.

As reported earlier, in June 2020, Pillar Capital, AS, has started building a unified logistics and warehouse park called A6, which is going to have almost 32 000 m² of new warehouse space. 

It is planned that the logistics park construction works will be completed by 31 July 2021. It is estimated that the new buildings will receive BREEAM certificate proving their high quality, energy efficiency and compliance with the world standard, moreover these warehouse buildings are going to be the first ones in Latvia to be BREEAM certified. General construction of the project is Pillar Contractor, SIA, while design was developed by Pillar Architekten, SIA.

Pillar Capital, AS is a company founded in 2006. The objectives of its operation include investing own and third party funds in commercial real estate objects to achieve sustainable increase in income from renting the premises and enlarging of the value of properties.
