Management of JSC “Grobina” is informing, that considering prolonged crisis in world fur markets, there were not reached in amendments of SC “Grobina” 23.11.2017. legal protection proceedings plan  forecasted prices, in result JSC “Grobina” in 17.09.2019. developed new amendments of legal protection proceedings plan.  As required consent was not obtained, there was no not possible to realise 17.09.2019. amendments of JSC “Grobina” legal protection proceedings plan.

Thereby operatively reacting in given situation the management of JSC “Grobina” in accordance with Insolvency low article 51, paragraph (5) submitted in the court Insolvency application in the court, at the same time asking the court to terminate the legal protection proceedings, as JSC “Grobina” is unable to fulfil its obligations under the current legal protection plan as amended on 23.11.2017.

With 22nd of October 2019 Kurzeme district court decisions the legal protection proceedings case of JSC “Grobina” has been terminated un there is initiated JSC “Grobina” insolvency case.
