The Management Board of AS VALMIERAS STIKLA ŠĶIEDRA (the „Company”, with registration no: 40003031676, legal address: Cempu iela 13, Valmiera, LV-4201) hereby informs, that A/S Danske Bank and AS SEB bank („Secured Creditors”) has terminated concluded commitment agreements with the Company.

At the same time, Company has agreed with Secured creditors about way, how Company will fulfil its obligations during the Legal Protection Process („LPP”), as well as after the end of LPP. The agreement with Secured creditors intends partial principal debt repayment during the LPP, payments for Secured creditors for the restriction of its rights during the LPP and other actions to improve Company`s financial position.
