The Board of Directors of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” (Company) informs that according to the Riga City Vidzeme Urban District court’s decision dated May 21^st, 2019 AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” within a set deadline submitted the legal protection proceedings measures plan to the court for its approval.

With the decision of the Riga City Vidzeme Urban District Court dated June 26^th, 2019 Gatis Upenieks was appointed as the administrator of the legal protection proceedings to ensure its supervision and it was set a deadline until July 11^th, 2019 to submit the conclusion of the administrator on the legal protection proceedings measures plan of the Company.

The Company also informs that financial liabilities towards its auditor SIA “Nexia Audit Advice” are settled, but due to limited resources of the Company the preparation of the financial report of year 2018 has been delayed. Information on the publication date of the financial report of year 2018 will be updated and provided in the coming weeks.
