On January 18^th 2019 during participant meeting decision was made to make changes in the Board of the Baltic Dairy Board, Ltd:

1. On the basis of the received application of Normunds Ozolins, the Board Member Normunds Ozolins is removed from the Board;
2. The Board of  Baltic Dairy Board approves the board member Kaspars Kazaks with the right to represent the company separately.
