Tamāra Rogova is the head lawyer of JSC “Rīgas elektromaechanbūves rūpnīca”, working in the company since May 2016, higher education, graduated from the Latvian State University in 1985, specialty - law science.

Work experience: Head of Personnel Department of JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka”; Merchant proup-real estate developer lawyer.

Armantas Jasaitis is the director of Lithuanian company UAB RAILVEC (Vilnius), the company is engaged in the supply of railway equipment. Higher education, graduated from ISM University, specialty management.

JSC “Rīgas elektromašīnbūves rūpnīca” shares do not belong to any of the Board members.
