On January 8^th 2019 during participant meeting decision was made to make changes to the Board of the Baltic Dairy Board, Ltd:

1. The member of the Board Ilona Kazaka (on parental leave) is removed from the Board;

2. Board member Normunds Ozoliņš is approved.

Since year 2003 for 7 years Normunds Ozoliņš was working as the Logistic Director / Commercial Director / Chairman of the Board of A/S Premia/FFL. Member of the Board of the Lithuanian company UAB Varenos Pienelis since 2014, and from 2014 to 2015 as General Director of JSC “Milavitsa”. Over the last three years senior management positions have not been occupied.
