The Board of Directors of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” declares that on November 23^rd, 2018 were received a notices of Members of the Council Valentīna Andrējeva and Linards Baumanis on relinquishing the position of the Members of a Council at its own will.

Valentīna Andrējeva and Linards Baumanis have not disclosed a reasons of relinquishment the positions of Members of the Council.

A Council of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” in a new composition will be elected in accordance with the requirements of normative acts and the Articles of Association of the AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava”.
