Given the decision of the European Central Bank (ECB) of 11 July 2018, by which there was a license of a credit institution withdrawn from ABLV Bank, AS in liquidation, there are amendments made in the financial calendar of the company.

ABLV Bank, AS in liquidation hereinafter will no longer publish unaudited public quarter reports, including the third and fourth quarter reports 2018.

The company shall continue publishing monthly operational reports in accordance with provisions of Paragraph Four of Section 136 of Credit Institutions Law, as well as interim consolidated 6-month reports and audited consolidated annual reports.

The audited consolidated report 2018 shall be published between 24.04.2019 and 30.04.2019.
