An independent auditor has completed the audit of financial report of year 2017 of AS “Tosmares kuģubūvētava”.

In 2017 a total net turnover of AS „Tosmares kuģubūvētava” was EUR 3 492 661, but gross loss in the amount of EUR 249 018.

AS „Tosmares kuģubūvētava” draws attention that a net loss of AS „Tosmares kuģubūvētava” in the report period was in the amount of EUR 681 549.

In 2017 AS “Tosmares kuģubūvētava” performed the repair of 29 vessels (in comparison with 2016 – the repair of 35 vessels) and were built 3 steel hulls of catamarans (in comparison with 2016 – 4 steel hulls of catamarans).

In 2017 Company’s products, services and raw material suppliers did not change.

In 2017 the Board of Directors extended additional directions of development, turning particular attention to environmental protection measures.

Upon evaluation of the existing market situation and the Company’s opportunities, the Board of Directors in 2018 will continue the work of increasing the amount of the ship repair and build. To ensure the above mentioned, the Company continues to perform a general overhaul of the industrial buildings, floating dock, gantry cranes, tugboats, and other fixed assets. Additionally, other investments for different equipment are being planned.

The Board of Directors of AS “Tosmares kuģubūvētava” proposes to cover the net loss of 2017 from undistributed profit of previous years.
