On May 31^st, 2018 Board of Directors of AS „ Tosmares kuģubūvētava” announced convening of Annual Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on June 29^th, 2018.

Hereby the Board of Directors of AS „ Tosmares kuģubūvētava” informs that as a result of the various circumstances, including the long–term absence of a chief accountant, the performance of duties the new chief accountant started only at the end of the financial year, the data loss in the accounting system due to the disruption of electricity supply in spring 2018, the preparation of the financial report of year 2017 is delayed.

Board of Directors of AS „ Tosmares kuģubūvētava” considers that holding of Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on June 29^th, 2018 is unreasonable and therefore cancels announced Annual Shareholders’ Meeting. Information on convening of Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be published immediately after preparation of the financial report of year 2017.
