Being under the process of liquidation, ABLV Bank, AS, registration number 50003149401 (hereinafter – the Bank), hereby informs that the shareholders’ meeting of 26 February 2018 decided to approve the commencement of voluntary liquidation of the Bank. The following persons are appointed to be liquidators: Eva Berlaus, Arvīds Kostomārovs, Andris Kovaļčuks and Elvijs Vēbers. On 12 June 2018, the Financial and Capital Market Commission approved the decision of the shareholders’ meeting of the Bank about voluntary liquidation, which shall be deemed the day of the commencement of the voluntary liquidation of the Bank.  

In order to ensure protection of interests of all creditors and in accordance with the provisions of Section 211 of the Credit Institutions Law of the Republic of Latvia, the liquidators hereby invite the creditors of the Bank to file their claims (or complaints) to the Bank not later than by 18 September 2018 (inclusive) by submitting them to the Liquidation Committee at 23 Elizabetes St., Riga, LV-1010, Republic of Latvia.
