Proposal of the Management Board of JSC “Olainfarm”

regarding distribution of profit of 2017

The amount of net profit of JSC “Olainfarm” in 2017 is EUR 9 270 000,00 (nine million two hundred and seventy thousand euro).

Management Board of JSC “Olainfarm” proposes to use part of the year 2017 profit of JSC “Olainfarm” in amount of EUR 2 957 866,38 (two million nine hundred and fifty seven thousand eight hundred sixty six euro and 38 cents) to pay dividends to shareholders of JSC „Olainfarm” (ISIN code of the shares LV0000100501) paying dividends 0,21 euro per one share in 2 stages, in III and IV quarters, but part of the profit in amount of EUR 6 312 133,62 (six million three hundred and twelve thousand one hundred and thirty three euro and 62 cents) to retain undivided and reinvest into further development of JSC “Olainfarm”. During stage I EUR 0,10 are payable per one share, during stage II EUR 0,11 are payable per one share.
