The Member of the Council of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” Linards Baumanis during the period from March 02^nd, 2018 to March 05^th, 2018 has alienated shares of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” in the total amount of 30 000 (thirty thousand) owned by him, which are listed with the Nasdaq Riga and put into public circulation, identification code LV0000100378.
