On January 09, 2018 IPAS "CBL Asset Management" managed state-funded pension plan “CBL AKTĪVAIS ieguldījumu plāns” acquired 85 000 (4.65%) AS “HansaMatrix” (HMX1R) shares, private voluntary pension scheme pension plan “CBL Aktīvais” acquired 11 000 (0.6%) AS “HansaMatrix” (HMX1R) shares and private voluntary pension scheme pension plan “CBL Sabalansētais” acquired 24 000 (1.31%) AS “HansaMatrix” (HMX1R) shares. As a result of the aforementioned transactions IPAS "CBL Asset Management" has acquired 6.56% share of indirect voting rights in AS “HansaMatrix” (HMX1R).
