The Financial and Capital Market Commission (FCMC) has registered the amendments to ABLV Bank, AS Base Prospectus of the Seventh Bond Offer Programme. The investors can find the amendments to the Base Prospectus at the bank's website.

Under the ABLV Bank Seventh Bond Offer Programme, the bank is entitled to perform a public offering of debt securities in the amount of EUR 400 million or an equivalent amount in USD, in accordance with the particular final terms of offer. The programme is effective 12 months, until 19 May 2018.
