In early November 2017, two new companies were founded in the structure of the holding company AmberStone Group, AS.

AmberStone Shipping, SIA, a subsidiary of AmberStone Group, AS founded MV Bonay, SIA with a share capital of EUR 162,000, and MV Bonita, SIA with a share capital of EUR 138,000. Both companies are 100% owned by AmberStone Shipping, SIA and their principle type of operation is cargo shipping.

Respectively, ABLV Bank, AS acquired indirect qualifying holdings in the newly founded companies via AmberStone Group, AS where ABLV Bank holds 24.28% of shares.
