In October 2017, several changes took place in the structure of the holding company AmberStone Group, AS.

AmberStone Group, AS founded two new subsidiaries — AmberStone Shipping, SIA, reg. No. 40203095576, with share capital of EUR 592,000, and ASG 5, SIA, reg. No. 40203097399, with share capital of EUR 3,000. Respectively, ABLV Bank, AS acquired indirect qualifying holdings in the newly founded companies via AmberStone Group, AS where ABLV Bank holds 24.28% of shares.

Also, AmberStone Hotels, SIA being the subsidiary of AmberStone Group, AS has acquired 100% of Pillar 9, SIA shares. The name of the acquired company is changed to Kalēju 9/11, SIA.

AmberStone Group, AS is a holding company established in 2013 that manages its subsidiaries and affiliate companies operating in various areas. The main long-term financial objective is to increase the value of the holding company as well as to ensure sustainable operations of its subsidiaries and affiliate companies. There are 104 shareholders in AmberStone Group, and the biggest shareholder is ABLV Bank, AS owning 24.28% of shares of the holding company. The holding company owns 75% of Vaiņode Agro Holding, SIA; 60% of Orto klīnika, SIA; 22.66% of Grindeks, AS; 100% of ASG 1, SIA; 90% of ASG 2, SIA; 100% of ASG 3, SIA; 100% of AmberBirch, SIA, 100% of AmberStone Hotels, SIA, and 100% of MV Bon Vivant, SIA, 100% of AmberStone Shipping, SIA, and 100% of ASG 5, SIA.
