1. According to JSC “Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca” Counsil protocol Nr.2

are changes in structure of the Management Board from the  18 September 2017:

• elected Chairman of the Board Vladimirs Kononovs

2. The new structure of the JSC “Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca” Management Board from the 18 September 2017 is:

·                     Chairman of the Board Vladimirs Kononovs

·                     Member of the Board Natālija Petrova

• Member of the Board Gatis Kamarūts
• Member of the Board Kazimirs Steļmačenoks

   The Chairman of the Board is entitled to represent the Company together with another member of the Board, except in cases when the Members of the Board authorise one or two of their own to conclude in certain cases or certain types of transactions.

3. Information about newly elected Management Board member:

Vladimirs Kononovs was SJSC „Latvijas autoceļu uzturētājs”

Chairman of the Board from  17.11.2011.

Vladimirs Kononovs  hasn't shares of JSC “Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca”.
