A number of shareholders who keep their shares in banks outside Latvia have timely submitted a written application for shares of Conexus Baltic Grid but have not disclosed their identity in the bank system. For that reason these persons are not included in the list of shareholders of Conexus Baltic Grid. All such persons keeping shares in foreign banks should therefore immediately contact Latvijas Gāze and check whether they are included in the initial list of shareholders of Conexus Baltic Grid.

The shareholders named Mārtiņš and Lauri who attended the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders held on September 2 are hereby asked to notify Latvijas Gāze of their address of residence (including postal code).

We invite also other shareholders who applied for shares of Conexus Baltic Grid in writing to make sure of their inclusion in the initial list of shareholders. Applicants who wish to make sure that their application has been accepted and that they have been included in the list of shareholders of “Conexus Baltic Grid” are welcome to write to info@akcionari.lg.lv or call the Contact Centre of Latvijas Gāze at 155 (international calls +371 67 041 818). Inquiries for a more detailed information (the number of shares, personal data etc.) should be signed with a secure electronic signature and sent to info@akcionari.lg.lv, or made in person at the Customer Service Centre, 20 Vagonu Street, Riga.
