Joint Stock Company “Grindeks” (Issuer) in accordance with Article 3.¹, Part 7.¹ of the Law on the Financial Instruments Market of the Republic of Latvia notify that the home member state of Issuer is Latvia.

“Grindeks” is an international, vertically integrated pharmaceutical company. The main fields of action are research, development, manufacturing and sales of original products, generics and active pharmaceutical ingredients.
