Notice on members of the Supervisory Council and the Management Board of the JSC “Brivais vilnis”

The JSC “Brivais vilnis” notifies that, according to the company`s Supervisory Council protocol of June 9, 2016:

1. As company`s Chairman of the Council is elected Anda Caune, as company`s deputy of Chairman of the Council – Ilmārs Ioanns Reinis. Members of the Supervisory Council – Ilona Drikina and Kaspars Vārpiņš.

2. Is elected the company`s Management Board as follows:

Arnolds Babris, appointed as Chairman of the Board,

Māris Trankalis, Executive director,

Dace Bokmeldere, Director of Fish Processing Industry of the JSC "Brivais vilnis", works in this position as from March 15, 1999, owns 764 shares of the company,

Kristaps Koškins, Commercial director on sales of the JSC "Brivais vilnis", works in this position as from October 1, 2004, doesn`t own shares of the company.
