 The Riga City Kurzeme District Court has approved amendments to JSC "VEF Radiotehnika RRR" legal protection process action plan (June 11, 2015 version) on July 10, 2015.

Changes in the legal protection process action plan:

1. Company expects to receive additional income on disposal of administrative buildings with its land (cadastral number 01000802326). On April 30, 2015 an agreement was signed which provides that the purchase agreement with a potential buyer "Pārupes Būmanis" Ltd. for the above-mentioned sale of the property will be signed within sixty working days. Expected net proceeds from the aforementioned sale of the property is estimated at EUR 945'000 amount and the receipt provided no later that in 9 month of action plan.

2. In addition, a company intends to dispose of two more plots of land belonging to it:

  • Land at the address Kurzemes pr. B / N, the cadastral No. 0100 080 2032. At the moment land is leased for 355.72 EUR (without VAT) per month, but it is separate from all others of commercial real estate and it is not planned to actively use in commercial operations. Given the above, as well as financial situation of the company, the Board considers it appropriate to land expropriation for 64'000 euro, equivalent to Ober-Haus Real Estate Latvia performed property assessment (Annex No. 15). Deal with the above real estate was completed in the beginning of the 6 month of action plan and for EUR 40,000 received from the sale was covered claims of the secured creditor, SEB, but the remaining funds were used for preparatory work for the planned acoustic systems and professional acoustic casing production start up. 

  • Part of the land plot with total area of ​​3,500 square meters, the plot at the address Kurzemes pr. 3D, with cadastral no. 0100 080 2328. In this moment of this land is not in use of commercial economic activity, as well as its use is not planned in the future. Land is planned to sell up to 12 month of action plan for  67 000 euro, equivalent to Ober-Haus Real Estate Latvia performed property assessment (Appendix No.11). Funds received from land sale is going to be a partial shift of the secured creditor, SEB, claims.
