JSC “Grindeks” informs that in accordance to the decision of annual general meeting that took place on June 12, 2015 to denominate share nominal value from lats to euro, the denomination date is set on July 15, 2015.

 The Articles of association are registered within Commercial registry on June 18, 2015.
