1.Latvijas balzams JSC informs, that according to Company’s Supervisory board decision No. 3/2015 of May 21, 2015, the following changes were implemented in administrative bodies of the company:
Aigars Kalvītis has been elected as Chairman of Supervisory Board and Sergejs Ļimarenko has been elected as Deputy Chairman of Supervisory Board of the Company.
 

2. The Supervisory Board elected Management Board of the Company in following composition:
Guntis Āboltiņš-Āboliņš;
Ronalds Žarinovs;
Intars Geidāns;
Jekaterina Stuģe.

All elected Management Board members performed the duties of Management Board members of joint stock company „Latvijas balzams” in 2015.

Guntis Āboltiņš-Āboliņš will continue to perform the duties of Chairman of the Management Board, and Ronalds Žarinovs – the duties of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Guntis Āboltiņš-Āboliņš has the authority to represent the Company alone, the other members of the Management board are authorised to represent the company jointly with one of other Board Members.
