The Court has accepted the "LPP NORDWEG SHIP REPAIR" request about Insolvency of JSC ”Rigas kugu buvetava” (RIGA SHIPYARD) and case of Insolvency is excited

The Board of RIGA SHIPYARD confirms that after the insolvency request of “LPP NORDWEG SHIP REPAIR” in the Court of Riga City Ziemelu District on the 20th of February, 2015 the case of the insolvency of RIGA SHIPYARD is excited.

At the same time, the Board of RIGA SHIPYARD informs that the transactions shown in the insolvency application shall be deemed shortfall and fictitious. Therefore already on August 1, 2014, the court proceedings against "LPP NORDWEG SHIP REPAIR" was started to recognize these transactions as null and void.
