Referring the provisionally unconsolidated data, the JSC “Valmieras stikla šķiedra” achieved in 2014 the highest net turnover in the history of the company. Regardless the ongoing growth of the market competition and the energy cost significant proportion, the company’s unconsolidated net turnover reached EUR 91.9 Million, which is an increase of 8.5% compared to the audited unconsolidated net turnover in 2013.

While in the beginning of 2015 reached all-time highest JSC “Valmieras stikla šķiedra” unconsolidated sales volume in the month of January – EUR 8.6 Million, which is an increase of 6% compared to the analogue period in 2014.

JSC “Valmieras stikla šķiedra” informs that in February 2015 the production in Valmiera Glass USA Corp. is launched in the United States of America. The official Valmiera Glass USA Corp. opening of the production facility is planned in March 2015.

Considering the market development tendency and the operating results of the JSC “Valmieras stikla šķiedra” subsidiary company (further – Valmiera Glass Group), the management of the company expects that Valmiera Glass Group the consolidated net turnover could reach EUR 127.7 Million, while the consolidated net profit – EUR 10.766 Million.

In 2015 the JSC „Valmieras stikla šķiedra” plans to invest in the development and modernization EUR 8 Million, including more than EUR 2 Millions in new environment protection technologies.
