Joint stock company "Latvijas balzams" informs that it has received corrected notifications from „S.P.I. Regional Business Unit” B.V. on loss of holding, as well as the notification of acquisition of indirect holding.

According to these corrected notifications received from „S.P.I. Regional Business Unit” B.V., the company has lost its direct holding on closed emission stock (22,74% from stock capital) on October 27, 2014, and on stock in public circulation (66,79 from stock capital) on December 22, 2014. The total amount of lost of direck holding, which was previously published, was not changed – 89,53% from stock capital of „Latvijas balzams” Jsc.

Whereas, „S.P.I. Regional Business Unit” B.V. has been the founder of limited liability company „Amber Beverage Group”, which equity capital was paid up with the in-kind contribution and one of the subjects of in-kind contribution were the 6 711 940 stock of AS „Latvijas balzams” owned by founder „S.P.I. Regional Business Unit” B.V., „S.P.I. Regional Business Unit” B.V. has received indirect holding of “Latvijas balzams” Jsc stock capital, on October 27, 2014 for the closed emission stock, and on December 22, 2014 on the stock in public circulation.
