JSC „Saldus mežrūpniecība” informs that it has received a notification from Jānis Leimanis about changes in his shareholding in the company. According to the attached notification Jānis Leimanis on November 27, 2014 has lost a significant indirect shareholding in JSC „Saldus mežrūpniecība”.

As well, JSC "Saldus mežrūpniecība" informs that it has received a notification from Jānis Knipšis informing that on November 27, 2014 he has obtained a significant indirect shareholding  in JSC „Saldus mežrūpniecība”. As identified in the notification, SIA „RENERGY LATVIA” has increased its share in SIA „JL INDEX” share capital. Considering that Jānis Knipšis ownes 100% of SIA „RENERGY LATVIA”, Jānis Knipšis has obtained a significant indirect shareholdering of 75.33% of issuer’s shareholder SIA „JL INDEX”.
