In accordance with the Company Register of the Republic of Latviaresolution No.6-12/180375 from November 25, 2014, there was made the entry in commercial register on reorganization - consolidation by adding the company “BRIVAIS VILNIS COMPANY” Ltd. to the company “BALTIC FINANCE & CAPITAL” Ltd., and the company “BRIVAIS VILNIS COMPANY” Ltd. was removed from the commercial register.

In result of reorganization 1 548 878 shares of the “BRIVAIS VILNIS” JSC belonged to the “BRIVAIS VILNIS COMPANY” Ltd. are owned by the “BALTIC FINANCE & CAPITAL” Ltd. that is in direct control of Valery Belokon. Significant participation (volume) of Valery Belokonin result of the above has not changed.

The “A CORPORATION” Ltd., that is in direct control of Valery Belokon, owns 1 465 353 shares of the “BRIVAIS VILNIS” JSC.

Taking into account the fact that Vilory Belokon is the brother (second-degree relative) of Valery Belokon, the above two persons are acting coherently.

Coherently managed indirectly owned by ViloryBelokon and Valery Belokon number of shares of the “BRIVAIS VILNIS” JSC is 3 014 231 (97,25%).
