JSC “Valmieras stikla šķiedra” informs about three new commercial pledges, which were submitted for registration on 09th of September 2014 in favor of the JSC “Danske Bank”. The company has pledged the fixed assets and tractor equipment in favor of the bank – completely 115 units. The commercial pledges are related to company’s production plants construction work in the United States of America (USA), to production equipment purchase and credit lines current fond financing in the USA. The commercial pledges are connected with the bank loan of 6,435 Mil. EUR.

JSC “Valmieras stikla šķiedra” plans to extinguish pledges in four years - till September of 2018.
