Denomination of shares from lats to euro 

JSC “KURZEMES ATSLEGA 1” informs that in accordance to the decision of annual general meeting that took place on April 25, 2014 to denominate share nominal value from lats to euro, the denomination date is set on July 1,2014. 

The Statutes are registered within Commercial registry on May 30, 2014. 

The new Statutes attached.
