AS Citadele banka (Citadele) Shareholders’ meeting held on 28 March 2024 approved allocation of Citadele’s year 2023 profit and pay-out of dividends in amount of EUR 0.32 per share, i.e., EUR 50.6 million in total.  

Dividends will be paid out to persons who were the shareholders of Citadele banka at the end of the record day – 28 March 2024. Dividends will be disbursed to the shareholders on 7 May 2024. 

The dividend payout aligns with Citadele’s 50% dividend policy and provides 11% dividend return on the basis of book value of one Citadele share as of 31 December 2023. Payment is attestation of the bank's sustained growth, strong capital position and stable balance sheet. 

The dividend is subject to Latvian personal income tax at a 20% rate, which will be withheld at the time of payment and reported to tax authorities.
